Overview

After launching their brand-new coffee shop on Parsons Green, The Naive Company wanted to prevent food and coffee wastage and excess inventory using a mobile app that would allow store managers to track stock levels.

The store was already using a well-known system for payments and inventory management, so we integrated with their API to create a seamless experience for store managers.

Instead of building a mobile app from scratch, which would require App Store and Play Store accounts, we used Retool to rapidly build a mobile app that could be used on any device.

What we used

  • Google Sheets
  • iZettle
  • Retool

Having Two Doors Dev's expertise in business-oriented problem solving was a huge asset and enabled us to manage our inventory and reduce waste. Their ability to iterate quickly and deliver a solution that was tailored to our needs was invaluable.
